Dual Fiber Optic Ring provides fault tolerant architecture. Signal paths continuously monitored and rerouted if fault detected.

 

Light-weight Fiber reduces aircraft wiring and can be run over 1000 meters between AVDS nodes. Fiber backbone is not susceptible to EMI noise induction or ground loops.
